GGS: Hump Day Hula Hoop Craze – series post #3

hula3This is post #3 in our series of adventures learning to Hula Hoop for a fun workout.

Last week we learned  the basic move of how to keep your hoop up on your hips. …well some of us learned – and some of us didn’t quite get the hang of it and had to practice all week on the sly so that the daughter didn’t embarass us…not to mention anyone in particular…

Anyway not to worry! Today we are only conquering one move – the opposite direction.  Yup, that’s right – if finding our natural direction was considered the “easy way”, then this week we are learning the “hard way”!  Are you ready? Let’s bring it on!

Here we go…

Okay, not so hard right?  Well, theoretically anyway!  I’m off to practice…see you next week!

    Wow, a series on the hula hoop. I’m impressed. Seriously, exercise should be fun and you can’t get more fun than a hula hoop.
