Lost your mojo, girls? The secret may be to “get juiced”!

Have you lost your mojo, girlfriends?
Three months ago, I embarked on a green juice cleanse with Tricia Barrett, the Living Foods Expert at Clear Center of Health. Tricia held my hand, nurtured me through it, and watched me as I evolved. Let me share a few benefits of green juice with you:
Just a few reasons green juice is good for you …
- Green juice fills your body with living enzymes, vitamins, oxygen, and phytonutrients, and allows your cells to uncover the body’s innate healing power, boosting its ability to fight infection and heal chronic diseases.
- Because the juicer eliminates the fiber that keeps you from being able to eat 3 pound of green veggies in one sitting, green juice allows you to consume more veggies and provides your digestive tract with much-needed rest.
- Your body’s aging process is indicative of how many enzymes are in your body. By adding green juice to your diet, you may even add years to your life.
- Green juice helps your body return to a state of healthy alkalinity. The pH of human blood has a very narrow window of safety, from about 7.35 to 7.45. If it gets much above or below those levels, you are probably sick. Many foods in the typical American diet are acidic, meaning that the body has to work hard to neutralize the affects of these foods on your blood, leaving it less energy to fight assaults like cancer, chronic disease, and other infections.
Green juice cheers to your health!

I have wanted to try juicing for the longest time! And after reading this article, i now know I just have to get a juicing machine.
I’ve always wanted to try Juicing!!! Nothing is more refreshing than a nice cool glass of fresh fruit you hand juiced. The green idea is interesting as well. I remember once reading an article of Victoria Beckham making a green juice daily, and ever since then I have wanted to give it a shot. Has some strange ingredients like algae and seaweed but you never know! I have been intrigued for a long time with this so thank you for the link!!!
my sister got be addicted to juicing – so yummy – I make a spinach lemonade – to die for!
