		<description>mm i absolutely LOVE almonds after having them soak in water overnight. They are good to add to salads too. 

I make stove popped popcorn almost everyday, I LOVE it! I used to eat the lower calorie microwaved popcorn until my husband got rid of the microwave.(he didnt like the idea of heating up food for the twins in a microwave but rather use the stove/ oven to heat food.) I had to have my popcorn so i started popping it on the stove the way my mom did when we were kids! A lot more healthy that way and you can always season it how you want!</description>
