About the Author: I am a gym junkie but always find myself looking for new ways to stay active. You can usually find me hanging with my 2 kids at the soccer field, ice rink, dance studio or swimming pool. Other than that, I am usually at my computer, watching ellen, or making some fab dish for my hubby.

These are great exercises…try out some actual workouts that you can print out and do anywhere from http://www.youcanmakeitfit.com. You will love them!
Awesome I so need try these, I plan to print about and take with me to the gym! Thanks!
Hey how did you get a picture of my back side up there. I used to look that good then I had 2 more babies. Uuugh I so need to exercise LOL
Got my first case of O.N.E Today
I’ll fight you for it…I’d love that bum too! Mine was much perkier B.C., lol
hmmm don’t know about the crossover lunge…but I’ll give the other exercies a try. I’m not a fan of lunges for the only reason that stange noises come from my knees when I make them (even if I’m in front of the mirror checking that my knees make a perfect 90° angle and my posture is ok).
Anyway, I do the elliptical everyday for 45 mins, so I’ll include these exercises in my work out.
p.s. could you guys post something on a good fat burning elliptical workout (my machine has 8 manual resistances and I only use 3 lol)
if you promise me my butt will look as good as the obe shown…I’ll start right now!
