		<description>hmmm don&#039;t know about the crossover lunge...but I&#039;ll give the other exercies a try. I&#039;m not a fan of lunges for the only reason that stange noises come from my knees when I make them (even if I&#039;m in front of the mirror checking that my knees make a perfect 90° angle and my posture is ok). 
Anyway, I do the elliptical everyday for 45 mins, so I&#039;ll include these exercises in my work out. 

p.s. could you guys post something on a good fat burning elliptical workout (my machine has 8 manual resistances and I only use 3 lol)</description>
