		<description>Thanks for the reply. I did try it with strawberries today but I did like the blueberries better, and my son added some whey protein powder to his after his workout!

I forgot how supersized my glasses are! I do usually drink it in one serving, but it is my whole meal.
 
If you cut the recipe in half, you are still getting a HUGE benefit, so don&#039;t feel guilty about drinking a bit less! 

My daughter recently made her own monster green smoothie (she&#039;s 10) with 1 Kiwi, 1 banana, 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of ice and 1 cup of milk.  It was AWESEOME! So don&#039;t be afraid to experiment.</description>
