HELP! How can I get back in my skinny jeans?

Okay enough is enough….I have been trying to lose the last 10 pounds now for the past few months. I was doing very well for a while, I had dropped 3 pounds. Then I don’t know how or when but it found me again!!! How I know this is not from my scale as I have banned that darned thing from my sight. Every-time I get on the scale I have gained one day and the next have lost.
So how I know that I have put on the pounds is my jeans.
I bought these cute Capri jeans for the spring, but couldn’t fit into them. So I hung them in my closet and every-time I got dressed I said “I will fit those soon.” And I DID!!! I wore them for about 3 weeks. So proud that I finally got to wear them, and damn they looked good
. But then after those 3 weeks I went camping, to BBQ’s, to parties and we all know what can happen when we go to those kind of functions.
Yes, the alcohol, the chips, the marshmallows, the junk food comes out and for me I sit mostly reading or socializing with family so on top of eating junk, I am not working it off. Especially when the weather has been so hot. Needless to say, I can no longer fit into my cute Capri’s. Ack!
What to do???? Well I am turning to this site for help! I am going to log in (not that I don’t already) and start to do the excises that are located on the U Tube video every week. I would love to hear what you do to lose the last 10 pound or if you would join me in the challenge. Find a pair of pants, jeans, shorts or even a dress that doesn’t fit right now. Hang it up so you can see it everyday and lets work on it together. Let’s get back into our cute clothes!!!!

The last stubborn 10 pounds is definitely the hardest. I swear it took me FOREVER to lose that last little bit of weight. But nothing beats the feeling of looking amazing in those skinny jeans .:)
I think the last 10 pounds is really hard. If you’ve ever read some of the SparkPeople message boards, their “experts” always tell people to question whether or not they really need to lose those 10 pounds, or whether it would be too hard to maintain. I always find that interesting, and I think there may be some truth to it.
That being said, I know when I was on the last 10 pounds, I had to really kick up the exercise, watch the food, and not get complacent. It’s so easy to relax at the end, because you look so much better and feel so much better!
You will get there!
I don’t know – I guess I don’t have skinny jeans. For me I just want my ‘normal’ jeans to fall off me, right out of the dryer… then it’s all smiles for me after that
