		<description>At the beginning of my weight loss journey, I did it all wrong &amp; ate too little &amp; not enough healthy fats, nor protein or even carbs!

When I started training to do amateur bodybuilding way back when in my mid 30&#039;s, that is when I learned how important food is &amp; how you must eat to not only lose weight but to gain &amp; keep lean muscle &amp; perform at your best &amp; also to have a healthy body!
