I'm so boring - old fashioned situps and I do them three times a week. Then two days of push ups (enuf!) and one day off. May be time for a new routine?

So many core exercises!!!! I like many variations of the plank, the bicycle & variations of that, flutter leg kicks for the core (on back on the floor & doing them), Swiss ball pikes, reverse planks on the Swiss ball, rope cable crunches, cable crunches but on a Swiss ball, cable leg raises.. Actually I have so many to use. I like to mix it up to keep the core guessing... like all other body parts, it gets used to what we are doing!

variations on the plank definitely suck. But I think I honestly hate crunches more, they seem so never-ending.
