GIVEAWAY-Make everything taste like ‘Bacon’? CLOSED

Winner: Nurinia

imagesWhat if you could make everything taste like bacon?  That is exactly what Justin and Dave did when they won $5,000 from America’s Funniest Video.  They created Baconnaise and many other products including different flavored bacon salts.

What fun!

Baconnaise is a marriage of  mayonnaise and bacon. Seem odd? Come on, peanut butter and chocolate had their turn together and look how good that’s turned out! Move on over though, now there is a new couple in town.

I got the chance to see Justin and Dave on Oprah.  ( if only we’d thought of bacon-flavored chapstick (slap my head) Duh! the GGS girls could have been on Oprah too…)

Seriously, I had to try a ‘non-B just LT’ sandwich with, of course, Baconnaise instead of unhealthy-but-yummy real bacon.

They sent us girls:

-Baconnaise and Baconnaise Lite

-Natural, Original, Hickory, Peppered and Jalapeno Bacon Salt

-Bacon flavored Sunflower Seeds

-Bacon Flavored Lip Balm-yes, you read right.

I did enjoy trying out all the salts on my baked potatoes, with the original being my ultimate favorite.  It was also fantastic on eggs and on chicken breasts.  I also tried the BLT with Baconnaise, while it wasn’t bad, it does not beat the real thing.  You can pretty well put Baconnaise anywhere you would put mayonnaise.  So think potato salad, sandwiches, deviled eggs, tuna salad.  The possibilities are endless.  There are many more recipes here to try.

My son, Connor, loved the Bacon Flavored Sunflower seeds and they were gone within the first day…as for the Bacon Flavored Lip Balm…not sure if I want to be smelling like a piece of bacon all day.  BUT hey, if it got them on Oprah, it just might get me there too….

These are such fun products.  Doesn’t bacon just put a smile on your face?

Well it definitely puts a smile on our faces to be able to share the fun with you. Because the Girls have partnered up with Justin and Dave at Baconnaise for a giveaway!

Gift pack of 3 flavors of Bacon Salt, 1 jar of Baconnaise and 1 Bacon Lip Balm – just so you can taste like breakfast all day long, lol!
