Stretching out your IT band

images (1)You might be a where that I am training for my half marathon and recently came into some trouble with my IT band.  My running coach told me about these stretches that she found very helpful for her IT band.  These stretches will be part of my stretches every time I finish my runs.  Hope you find them helpful as well.
