		<description>GREAT POST!!!! I think this is so important for people to know! Me, really, I am a classic overtrainer, I hate to say.... BUT, I do know my limits after being at this so long. I am one of those weird ladies that can overtrain &amp; still make gains. I love the weights &amp; hard for me to stop but I still make gains. THE ONE THING THOUGH is I know my bod. I have learned to &quot;listen to it&quot; over the years &amp; pay attention.

Like you said, for most people, they are NOT like me. They will go backwards with too much so this is a very important post. Your health is so much more important than that extra 15 minutes!
