Beautiful Legs for the Ladies

legsI picked this video this week because I have never done this exercise before.  After seeing it and trying it I thought it was a good one that you can do anywhere, while making dinner, watching t.v., etc and to help get those sexy legs ready for your Christmas parties that will be coming very soon!

  1. This was one of the first lunges I did way back when! It is a great start & it is not complicated so people can learn the correct form & move on to more advanced moves! All forms of lunges are great! AND, you can take them anywhere! :-)

    Up until a few months ago I never focused on my legs because I’m genetically thick thighed. I feared they’d only get thicker with dedicated leg work.

    But oh, I took the plunge into serious leg work and I was totally wrong! My thighs are NOT getting thicker. Toned and defined leg sexiness is started to emerge! woo-haa!

    Awesome.
