		<description>I love cookies! I manage them but I still work out more than others so I can eat more food in a day. I am not into the 1200-1400 calories a day for my short 5&#039;1&quot;, 52 year old bod. I work out more so I can eat more even if it is the healthy stuff. :-)</description>

For me, like Josie said, nutrition is such a huge part of all of this as you mentioned but I do admit that as I got older &amp; the hormones took over &amp; had to change food &amp; exercise. Intervals &amp; HIIT really helped blast thru some of that along with really good nutrition.

I love to do intervals, but I didn&#039;t see real BIG change until I changed up my nutrition. Eating right is so important. I worked out for almost 3 years without the right nutrition. And now that I have it, I&#039;ve made big strides!</description>
