What’s your hurry…?

proper_formLove, LOVE Jody’s post over at Truth2BeingFit.com…it’s all about working out with proper form and NOT rushing through your workout, which is a great reminder for those of us (my hand is up) who are always in a hurry in the rest of our lives.

If you find yourself rushing through your reps, stop, take a deep breath, really focus on the muscle group you are working and when you’re centred, start again.

Work through your move slowly, with your muscles engaged and focus on steady breathing. Slow, steady breathing can really help you keep your workout slow and focused.

But don’t take my word for it, hurry over and read Jody’s tips here.

I love Jody! She’s a great lady and I always enjoy reading about her.

  3. Thank you ladies! I appreciate your support! We can all have a great holiday by taking it a step at a time & finding some small bit of time for ourselves no matter what. Even if it is your shower… bring in a wonderful smelling shower gel that provides some calm to you as you shower. I have a coconut one that takes me to the Hawaiian islands!

Make the workout count… quality is most important. Eat sensibly & make choices. You don’t need to eat every little thing on the table & plate.

    Thx again GGS!
