A girl at work was raving about this, but the idea freaked me out as of course it looks like a teapot…for the nose haha. I did buy one, as I am a constant sinus infection girl, I was so scared I was going to drown myself or something LOL it was so strange…but did help. I’d use it again, you just have to not think about what you are about to do…or the giggling might make it hard

I’ve been reading a lot about the famous neti pot for the past two months, so after reading the wonderful things the little contraption does I fell into the temptation of trying it hehe
I couldn’t find a neti pot per se over here but mom has a big collection of little tea pots and I just had to try if one of these could work as a neti pot LOL (mom doesn’t know I “borrowed” a teapot for my nasal hygiene….I’ll be getting the “have you seen my little green teapot?” call one of these days hehe)
Anyway, even though I don’t have sinus problems I tried the neti pot and it wasn’t bad. After I finished the whole process I couldn’t believe how different my breathing was, I felt like I was breathing in more air, my nose felt so clean and it improved my sense of smell. I now can smell things from a distance.
So I too give the neti pot a thumbs up.
I now have ordered a real neti pot online and of course will replace mom’s little green tea pot for a whole set of new tea pots for her collection.

I love my sinus rinse. I use one that’s upright, so I think it’s a little easier to use. (It’s called Nasopure). I have terrible allergies and my medicated nasal spray leaves the inside of my nose so dry it bleeds. The nasal rinse helps with the allergies by clearing out allergens, but it also moisturizes. Worth a try if you’re constantly suffering!

My doctor put me onto a neti pot a few years ago. At first I was embarrassed about, but after trying it, I can breathe, I can breathe. What a relief. Now I just don’t care. I use it, it brings some relief, and that’s that! Your review is a crackup though … went through all those thoughts and emotions initially myself.

I don’t have these probs.. yet… but I did see the neti pot Oprah segment.. it scares me but I have heard people swear by this & now you!
