No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

The nice people at NuNaturals sent the GGS crew a huge box of NuStevia products to try. I really wanted to try my no bake protein bars using NuStevia instead of my usual sweetener. So this is what I put in the mix.
No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars
- 1 banana mashed
- 1.5 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp Clear Stevia Liquid
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp chai seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
Mix all together. (Easier to do it with your hands) Put in a small square pan and freeze for 3 hours. Cut into bars and viola home made protein bars!
You could change these bars up very easily. Here are some suggestions:
You could add raisins, any dried fruit (date chunks, craisins, dried cherries/mangoes/apricots/goji berries etc).
Instead of peanut butter, you can substitute any nut butter (almond, cashew, pecan, etc.)
You could add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips.
