		<description>I like the suggestion of cutting out the carb bomb tortilla (even if it&#039;s whole grain, it still ends up being sugar in your system) and eating the meat and veggies. Always worked, always will. People are kidding about how much carbs they need in their diet. That is why there are so many fat (and skinny fat) trainers and dietitians. 50-100 grams of quality carbs from fruits and veggies is more than enough. In fact, most restaurants will give you a fruit bowl if you ask for it and you can give them the tortilla back in return!</description>
