Fitness Girls need their Sleep!~Giveaway

I am a horrible sleeper.  I toss and turn to get to sleep and lord, help the person who wakes me up by accident from a sound sleep.  Its such a hate relationship I have with sleep.  But, I know I need it desperately.  Studies have also been done to show that sleep loss may equal weight gain.   Muscles repair happens in your sleep after a hard workout.  Mental awareness declines without enough sleep.  We all NEED 6-8 hours per night.   So I was excited to review Sleep Scentsations.  It is a pillow liner you put under your pillow case with a delightful scent to help you get your beauty sleep.  The  products were created to offer the benefits of aromatherapy and mood enhancement while promoting a good nights sleep. 

I did find the scent too much on the first night but after that it worked wonders.  The smell was very pleasant and the room had a very nice smell in the morning.  So regreshing to wake up to!  It lasted about 5-7 days.
