Remember high school? No? Well, you’ve at least seen pictures of your former self, right? Now we’re talking. Your body was so much different then: Slimmer. Stronger. Sexier. Reclaim what was once yours and Rewind Yourself. Choose a workout that best matches your goals and crank up the tunes. It’s time to take it back to the good old days.
Gatorade has just launched a free, online fitness and nutrition tool called “Rewind Yourself,”
This comprehensive 8-week training program is easy to follow, includes video demonstrations and features the some of the latest techniques in exercise science. The “Rewind Yourself” training tool was inspired by our award-winning program and documentary series, Gatorade REPLAY, which gives athletes a second chance to replay a high school game…sometimes 10 years or more after the fact. Overall, REPLAY and “Rewind Yourself” look to prove that once an athlete, always an athlete.
As with REPLAY, “Rewind Yourself” has a high school theme and encourages visitors to get back in shape without relying on a high school reunion. The “Rewind Yourself” training programs are unisex, have been developed with a high school theme and include:
- Dude, How Much Can You Bench? – a dynamic upper body training program
- Get Your Prom Body Back – an interval training program with an emphasis on fat burning and core stabilization

- Zip Up Your Letterman’s Jacket – a program to help you burn fat and increase muscle tone through cardio, strength training and endurance based circuits
To help you get started to REWIND yourself, Gatorade and the GGS crew have teamed up to give you a GIVEAWAY to two lucky GGS readers!
The Giveaway is the new G Series line which is designed to help athletes perform at their best before, during and after competition. In it is:
- G Series sample packs that include 01/Prime Gatorade, 02/Perform Gatorade and 03/Recover Gatorade
- G Towel
- G bag

About the Author: I am a gym junkie but always find myself looking for new ways to stay active. You can usually find me hanging with my 2 kids at the soccer field, ice rink, dance studio or swimming pool. Other than that, I am usually at my computer, watching ellen, or making some fab dish for my hubby.
