I also use this recipe from Lori but I use whey protein powder & add a couple extra scoops plus a bit more moisture & put this batter in an 8×8 pan & bake for 20 minutes for a great homemade protein bar!
So, THX for all these recipes.. gonna have to spend some time looking at each one!

Thank you a thousand times over for sprinkling us with culinary wisdom! Protein shakes and bars are great for convenience, but if you REALLY want to live the fitness lifestyle these are fabulous recipes for having a treat while still getting your protein. I also really appreciate your emphasis on the cost savings of taking the time to make your food healthy, rather than feeling the need to always buy your healthy food. It is truly possible for you to live healthy AND live frugally. All it takes is a never-ending thirst for knowledge, the audacity to try new things, and the willingness to let yourself become the best you that you can be. I salute all of you wherever you are in your fitness journeys. Change your life and you’ve taken the first steps to changing the world.
Thanks a million for the mention and this round up of amazing recipes! I can’t wait to check them ALL out!
