Yes?  I hope you are!   I think I have the basic moves down so far, although I&#8217;m definitely not over-confident!</p>
<p>But I&#8217;m looking forward to learning some of the more advanced moves. Today&#8217;s videos area good start &#8211; we&#8217;re learning how to &#8220;stall&#8221; the hoop. Sound hard? Well, they always make it look easy don&#8217;t they? But this one&#8217;s worth the effort, there&#8217;s just so much you can do with stalling.  So let&#8217;s give it a whirl:</p>

<p>Last week we learned  the basic move of how to keep your hoop up on your hips. &#8230;well some of us learned &#8211; and some of us didn&#8217;t quite get the hang of it and had to practice all week on the sly so that the daughter didn&#8217;t embarass us&#8230;not to mention anyone in particular&#8230;</p>
<p>Anyway not to worry! Today we are only conquering one move &#8211; the opposite direction.  Yup, that&#8217;s right &#8211; if finding our natural direction was considered the &#8220;easy way&#8221;, then this week we are learning the &#8220;hard way&#8221;!  Are you ready? Let&#8217;s bring it on!</p>
