Khloe Kardashian Going to a Gym in Beverly Hills

Khloé Kardashian Odom, aka Khloé in “Keeping up with Kardashians” was spotted going to a gym in Beverly Hills. Khloé is very curvy and has been working with her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson to lose excess weight.

Khloe Kardashian Workout Routine

Her workouts are really intense and varied, with cardiovascular exercises, circuit training and Pilates.

Recently, she lost 25 pounds in just 20 days

We think her rapid weight loss can be attributed to her personal chef who prepares a low fat meal plan for her and the influence of her NBA basketball playing husband (now divorced) Lamar Odom. Sources say they used to workout together, which helped Khloe physically and psychologically.

Khloe Kardashian works out every day of the week. To mix things up she likes to alternate between cardio, using bicycles and treadmills or Pilates.

Khloe works out even on Sunday, resting makes her feel even more tired

Khloe conducts boxing exercises 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She loves to box to beat off tension,

Kardashian works out for all days of the week. On the other days, she does cardiovascularexercises like bicycling and treadmill running. She says she is competitive by nature and hence likes to exercise along with a friend. This way she feels more motivated and works harder on her fitness schedule. She used to have rest on Sundays but found Mondays too hard. Therefore now she remains active on all days of the week. She also goes on hiking with her sisters.
